What land is asking, village by village.

Land asking prices in 80 villages on Maharashtra's Konkan coast and in North Goa: 1369 data points, every one sourced and dated between 2026-09-26 and 2026-10-01. We publish totals by village, never a single listing. These are asking prices seen online, not what land sold for, not what a parcel is worth, and not where prices are going. Where a parcel sits inside its village range is decided by the land: dimensions, access, view, water, what can be built.

Covers the coast from Ratnagiri south to North Goa. Details on villages between Ratnagiri and Mumbai can be requested separately: ask for them here.

The map

Hover a village for its range; click to pin it. Marker colour follows the typical range; a dashed marker means thin evidence. Positions are village centres, never a parcel. The map opens on Goa up to Chipi airport; zoom out for Devgad up to Ratnagiri.
