Delete your data
One email, no account, nothing to fill in. Here is what happens next, what goes, and what the law makes us keep.

Email hello@vassoka.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
Send it from the email address you contacted us on, or tell us the phone number or Instagram handle you used, so we can find the right record. That is the whole process.
What happens then
- We confirm we have received it, usually the same day.
- We find every record tied to you — your lead record, the messages in the conversation, and any notes made against it.
- We delete them, and confirm to you when it is done, within 30 days of your request.
What gets deleted

Instagram and WhatsApp hold their own copy
This matters and is easy to miss. If we spoke on Instagram or WhatsApp, Meta holds that conversation too, on their own systems. Deleting our copy does not delete theirs.
To remove your data from Meta, use their tools directly:
- Instagram: Settings → Your activity → Download or delete your information
- WhatsApp: delete the chat in the app, and see Meta's own privacy policy for account data
You can also remove our access from your side at any time: Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → Remove.
If you only want us to stop messaging
Reply STOP
You do not have to delete anything. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or Instagram and our system registers it straight away — the conversation is closed and nothing further is sent. Your record stays, marked as opted out, purely so we do not contact you again by mistake.
If we get it wrong
Write to hello@vassoka.com. If we have not sorted it out to your satisfaction, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
